Jeffrey I. Abrams has a broad-based legal practice, specializing in entertainment, intellectual property and business litigation and dispute resolution, as well as serving as a legal advisor to celebrity estates and intellectual property owners regarding merchandise licensing, toy, motion picture, television, and internet/new media related issues. Mr. Abrams, having served as a mediator in over 500 litigated cases, also serves as settlement counsel, directly assisting both parties and litigation/trial counsel in creatively resolving complex disputes through mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Mr. Abrams also advises clients in connection with entertainment, licensing, intellectual property and general business matters in the licensing, motion picture, television, music, internet/new media, apparel, and advertising industries, including serving as principal legal advisor to celebrity estates.
